Shipping is normally overnight but it depends on the speed of your payment and whether you are in an out-lying area or not.

Sometimes delays do occur due to unforseen circumstances, but these are beyond our control.

NB : International payments have to be made directly into our account in SA Rands prior to despatch. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards online anymore. If this changes, we will advise you here. We do accept Mastercard, Maestro and Visa credit and debit cards in our Randburg store.

Shipping nationally is normally 1-3 days depending on your region. If an item is out of stock, please allow approximately 12-14 days for delivery. In the event that an item is permanently out of stock, we will either pass you a credit to spend on any other item in our store. All goods are shipped by Speed Services to your nearest Post Office counter for security. We do not accept responsibility for any delays in transit outside our control.

We guarantee that if we ship an incorrect item or your item is damaged in transit we will refund your purchase in full. This refund will however exclude shipping costs. Also all goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. This is only valid if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Also incorrect sizes through miss ordering are not covered by this guarantee. Please ensure that you select the size of your item carefully when placing an order. Customized items are non-returnable.

NB : Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any items lost whilst being returned by you. We suggest that they are returned via registered or insured post.

Direct Postal Delivery to an Alternate Address We also offer delivery to an address other than yours, that is, directly to someone else's address that you nominate. This is excellent for sending gifts directly to the person of your choice. There is no extra charge for this feature other than the normal postage charges stipulated. All that you do is specify it in the email to us. If you want the item gift wrapped please specify it in the additional information block. This is a FREE service.
