1. AIS Lee Sharpe - 24 Hour Soccer Marathon - Match For A Day

gr8gifts are proud to announce that they are a corporate sponsor for the AIS Lee Sharpe Match For A Day event.

See us take on the AIS Celebrity Team between 7-8pm of Friday 4th April 2008. We will be there for the entire event so stop us and chat to us about whatever. Our guys will have gr8gifts kit on so it will be easier to identify us.

2. AIS Lee Sharpe Soccer Coaching Clinic

Lee Sharpe, Kick Off magazine & Let’s Play have teamed up to run a soccer coaching clinic on Friday, 4 April 2008 at 2pm - 4pm. Sharpe will provide coaching for over 100 children! Match For A Day comes to SA!!!

Following the highly successful Match for a Day fundraising events in the UK and the US, Ambassadors in Sport is pleased to announce the launch of their first 24 hour soccer marathon at the Wanderers rugby club on the 4th & 5th of April.

AIS have again teamed up with former Manchester United & England soccer star Lee Sharpe, Interactive Sport, Hummel & Kick off Magazine to host not just a 24 hour soccer marathon, but also soccer coaching clinics & a prestigious cocktail party at the Wanderers club.

Match For A Day

The Legalwise Match For A Day soccer marathon is a unique football fundraiser. It is a colossal 24 hour soccer marathon which will be held at the Wanderers Rugby Club in Johannesburg.

Match For A Day starts on Friday, 4 April 2008 at 2pm and continues right through to 2pm on Saturday, 5 April 2008– a whole 24 hours!

The goal is to raise over R150,000 for three very special causes in South Africa & Kenya. The AIS celebrity team will once again be led Lee Sharpe, former Manchester United & England soccer player, aiming to play day and night against many different teams in order to achieve this goal. The matches will be 7-aside, and there is no limit to the number of players in each squad.
